Do you support US local pickup?
Yes. You can get the bike by US local pickup (address: 820 S Wanamaker Ave, Ontario CA 91761, US) or we ship the bike to your address.
When my order ship and by which shipping carrier？
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3-5 working days normally. We have Fedex Ground as the primary mode of transportation.
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
About four hours.

Height range from 5'1"-6'7".
What's the speed of the bike?
Up to 28mph with throttle.

Does the bike come with most assembly?
Most of our bikes are pre-installed, and you can also view the manual and installation video.
What is the different between 26'' ebike and 27'' ebike?
The 26' fat tire bike equipped with 1300W motor is suitable for rough terrain and the 27.5' ebike equipped with 1000W motor is suitable for daily commuting and they are available in different colors.
