Just can’t get enough of our TSTE bikes! Every ride feels like a mini adventure… Day or night, these bikes never disappoint. Late-night runs for ice cream or coffee? Absolutely perfect!

Absolutely loving our TSTE bikes… So many adventures ahead… love that we can ride day or night… Taking night trips to 7-Eleven for cappuccino is awesome!!

Last November, after a long search, I bought a TST R002, initially just for my early-morning commute between home and the gym, about 5 miles each way. But I got so excited about it that now I use it for everything: grocery runs, shopping, and of course cruising around my city, Greenfield, MA. I’d love to hear recommendations for cool accessories, like grocery racks, rear cameras, mirrors, or anything else you think is useful, especially since the bike is still brand new. I’m also looking for tips on preventive maintenance for winter, such as lubricants and general care. Thanks, and just like many of you, I’m very happy with this bike

Awesome bike to have fun

I found this company online read a some reviews and was please with what I read. I callled the company and within 10 minutes Jim called me back and answered all my questions and concerns with the types of bikes they have and what works best for my son and family. I ordered a bike and Debbie was amazing at helping me schedule my pick up time.

I just want to know what the extra battery cost

We ordered this for our son for Christmas. Instructions were spot on. The video was helpful and the bike is super secure and looks amazing. My son loves it and rode it on Christmas Day. Shipping and tracking were spot on! This bike not only looks great but performs great. Non stop smiles over here!!

I received my bike on the evening of Dec. 22, took my time assembling it, which I suggest turning the bike upside down to tighten the seat into place. The next day, I was going to test drive it for a few minutes, and that turned into a two hour adventure rolling through the streets. I am satisfied with the purchase of this bike. Get one for yourself.

Very awesome e bike, very high quality and lots of features. Very fun to ride, it is very nice! Gets up to speed quickly as well. Hydraulic brakes are very nice and perform well. Like the way the bike looks. The fat tires are very cool looking. The range is very good. Headlight is extremely bright and cool looking. Everything about this e bike is excellent. Very proud of the purchase!

I’m even planning to carry my cat on rides, since he loves car trips and might enjoy the bike as well. I’m still deciding between a backpack carrier or a rack setup.

Mainly getting around town and picking up a few groceries. I’m not much of a daredevil, and I don’t really plan on putting this bike through a ton of stress. For what I use it for, it’s been a solid ride.
For the price, I actually like this bike quite a bit.

My very first e-bike. Thank you again for this. I came home from work riding my bike and saw this small box in my front door, and no idea what it was. It made my day ❤

There was a flaw with my e-bike which I notice while assembling it. I contacted customer service and immediately took care of the problem. I returned the e-bike and got another one. It took me a little over an hour to assemble it and it works great. Thank you.

Picked this up mainly to ride around with my kids and it’s been perfect. Easy to handle, plenty of power to have fun without feeling out of control. I get to enjoy riding again and the kids absolutely love it too.
For the price, it’s a great bike and I’d buy it again.

The bike is impressive but the rear suspension is stiff and a front rack would be nice, i also would like more off road aggressive tires for my purposes but I highly recommend this machine

This bike is really great. The assembly took me about 2 hours. One thing I don’t like is the odometer, I rode it for maybe half a mile or less but it marked it as one mile. Speed is awesome though!

The bike was shipped on time and I was thrilled with the care of the packaging. It was very well protected and padded. The video installation instructions were clear and easy to follow. The screws were pre-treated with locktite and all the necessary tools were included. I am super happy with it and would buy it again.

I got this ebike delivered on a really cold day, but I was still able to do some riding and I'm very satisfied with my purchase. The battery life stays high even after some time riding around and the throttle is quite impressive. I highly recommend.

Instructions were little ehhh, but other than that fun bike!!

So far we are happy with the bike. I purchased as our first Ebike. Assembly was easy, however, there are two areas for improvement. Front fender **** did not **** in completely and rear seat holder was off center and the screws were hitting the sides when trying to install the seat, making installation difficult and frustrating. So far it rides well and as expected.

I bought my first e-bike and am glad I did so. I decided on the R002 with the extended 25 Ah battery. Exploring new cities, as I travel for work, has been amazing with the e-bike.

After riding my R002 about 100 miles, I am delighted to say that I'm happy with this Ebike. Its well made, has lots of torque, and a decent max speed.(30+ and I'm around 200lbs) Im not a huge fan of the left hand thumb throttle, but that was easily fixed with a plug and play twist throttle. I also think the 450lb rear shock is a bit too much for most riders, so I changed it out with an adjustable air shock. This bike overall was a great buy that can easily upgraded. I have been recommending to everyone that stops me to ask about it.

The shipping time is accurate. Just some ripped off parts in the box. Easy to install/assemble.
I do it alone for only 2hours, I got some help in YouTube videos of course 😁
I try it the next day and I’m amazed by the performance 💪🏽👌🏽
My co worker try it too and now he’s placing the order.

It's good so far just speed

Pleasantly surprised by the build quality, the frame is solid, welds are very good, powder coating is smooth and perfect, brakes and controls work great, bike doesn’t seem like a cheap build in any way,

Top speed about 20mph, use the phone app to connect to it via Bluetooth and you can change it to a class 3 instantly and get up to around 30mph, and that works just as advertised. In a car you may not notice that extra 8mph but on a moped-sized thing you really notice it.

Using it at the top power setting only (PA 5), going throttle top speed the whole time, up hills, etc I’m able to get about 27 miles on a full charge, using a lower power setting so I’m providing some of the power via pedaling the range would increase. I think all these manufacturers list the range using the lowest setting. But 27 miles min in one charge will probably be enough for me as I’ll usually be using PA 3 or 4 most of the time anyway on trails and get more range. I may buy a 2nd battery to carry in a backpack if I want to use this more like a dirt bike on long trails. I bought this style because it has a shorter turning radius than a typical 10 speed bike frame style and would be more fun on woods trails, more nimble.

It’s not in any way a motorcycle, but it has enough torque that you have to be a little careful popping the throttle at start or the front end can come up on you.

It’s my first e-bike so I can’t compare it to anything else, but I’m finding e-biking in general extremely fun and opens up a huge range of bike trails and neighborhoods I wouldn’t ordinarily be able to get to.
