The bike is solid. Purchased front bike rack very useful. Smoothness of PAS is great Bike requires adjustments after 100 miles retighten everything check it! Expected on all bikes. Very Satisfied

After a bit of a problem with the battery and talking to the service department several time things are going great. They got back in a timely manner and were willing to help. We use the bike two up and is working very well. I only have 33 miles on but battery seems to be lasting a long time on level ground that we ride. So far bike seems well made. Very happy so far!
First day, I ride to work. Trying this baby in 5" of snow. No problem. My commute is 3.5 miles one way, so like 7 miles. I didn't have to charge the battery. The only thing that is disappointing is the speed, it's advertised at 32 mph and I haven't been able to reach that speed. Idk maybe I'm doing something wrong.. I'm open for suggestions and I highly recommend this bike, you will not be disappointed.. Chicago -5*
I’m around 260lb so I don’t expect the range that is advertised. I have no complaints
If you are a heavy person who is worried about the motor not working, this is the bike! My husband and I are both loving our bikes. The only issue is we were sent 750W instead of 1500W. This is due to legality in Arizona. Regardless, these are awesome.

Bike lasted a year. It crapped out right after the warrenty expired. Absolutely no support. We traded emails for 2 months. Because they only answer emails once a week. Buying a new bike but not from here.
Help. Check my emails. Why is nobody helping me? I have paid you money and your product is not as advertised, and I never received the front rack I paid for and the rear rack.
I will retract this when you take care of the problems, I am not satisfied, I would be if you took care of the issues you have failed to fix.
Needs more torque.

I got my bike while we had snow and I e on the ground. Once I started riding it, I really enjoyed it. All specs were accurate. I have hit 32 mph.
The Bike is Absolutely great on most terms,
Between smooth riding battery life/battery portability it’s wonderful, it came in just fine, and the manual was easy to understand i wouldn’t be surprised have given it a 4.5 if i could, my only set back with the bike is not knowing how to use the lights properly, like I know how to turn on the highbeams but when you look at it, there’s clearly more of the light that can be used, and I just don’t know how to turn it on for easier riding in the dark.
We've found many of the components to be of such low quality that they needed to be replaced just to be functional. For example, the tire material is so thin that it continuously gets punctured and flattens, even with self-healing tubes.
Easy to put together. I’ve only rode it a little because of too much snow but so far I love it. I may put a different set of suspension forks on the bike because these seem a little weak but that may just be me. Overall very pleased with the bike so far. Can’t wait to ride it more
my husband bought this bicycle for me for Christmas. It came broken would not work. You sent me a motor and a controller and that does not work either. I still have a broken bicycle. It is terrible that he would send out two customers a broken bicycle I want a return label I want it sent back. I want my money back. You sent me a completely broken bicycle.
can not get charger to work
Poor design on how to prevent someone from stealing the bike. The key only protect the battery from being removed. They need to redsign to have a key to be able to start the bike!
I got the bike,while I was nerves to put it together I manage to do it and it is a smood ride ,battery was fully loaded and looks beautiful.I bike and comute all the time but have few injuries where ebike comes handy.I got a new years deal at $830 so couldn't ask for more ,the battery have a key and bike is sleek not very heavy.
