can not get charger to work
I got the bike,while I was nerves to put it together I manage to do it and it is a smood ride ,battery was fully loaded and looks beautiful.I bike and comute all the time but have few injuries where ebike comes handy.I got a new years deal at $830 so couldn't ask for more ,the battery have a key and bike is sleek not very heavy.
You can use pedal assist or just the throttle. Rode 26 miles around Fort Myers, Florida and still had over half my battery life. I was using only the throttle for a good portion of the ride.

I received the review days before the bike was delivered. The bike is marketed as silver when in fact it's a light gray color. Battery came without a charge, so had to wait to try out the first ride, so some of the questions aren't able to answer right now.
Although I haven’t ridden the ebike as much as I’d like yet, it feels sturdy and well-built. Assembly was straightforward and hassle-free. I’m looking forward to giving it a full test ride along the Strand soon, but so far, it has proven to be well worth the price

Very satisfied with the comfort, power, and ease of build for this bike.
Assembly was not all that easy. The front wheel was very difficult to put on. Metal from part of the front disk break scrapped against the the disk on the wheel. Had to take to ebike shop and waiting to see if they can fix.
The bike was shipped out the next day after ordering and I was riding 4 days later! Bike is better than expected. So far very happy with it. Plenty of power and handles well.
The bike worked well for a while but the battery stopped holding charge after a few months. They do not sell replacement batteries at all. No way to fix a failed battery.
R002 bike is running great. The company has strong support team and very quick response. Missing one **** from the package for the second rider seat and second rider foot pegs are not good quality.
Have had my e-bike for a couple of weeks now. Bike arrived perfect and assembly was pretty easy. It handles well, have had it up to 20 MHP, no problem. Battery is holding the charge, haven’t noticed it decreasing yet. Worth the money!
Although its winter in Ohio, the packaging and easy of assembly was outstanding. The engineering was well thought out, especially supplying the tools. Can't wait to test the performance. All indication is that it will be excellent.

Compact design great for carrying on the back of our RV
Quality of the bike exceeded my expectations enormously. Only took about 20mins to finish assembly. 80% pre assembled. Built for big guys . My son purchased it , Now I want one!

I bought it for my wife. I took it out for a spin and it’s real smooth and seems very well-built.
I just recieved them and assembled the TST however the screws to the kickstand are to small for the holes in the frame, they are to short and not thick enough to **** into the frame. Please respond as to how to rectify. thank u
