We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

This is an incredibly cute-looking electric bike. The TST Flyer boasts some sharp colors. I love the concealed battery, which has a capacity of 48 volts and 15 amp-hours. A 1000-watt power is sufficient for most people. If you encounter steep terrain, you can assist by pedaling. Not sure if there's an e-bike with that budget-friendly price tag, but for what you're getting, it's great. It offers high value for money, coming in at just $989. You could have your first electric bike in life with that!

This bike looks great! I have gotten so many complements on it! I read that this bike is for those 5' 1" and taller. I'm and average size woman, 5' 4" tall and its a bit heavy and big for me. If I had the option again, I probably would have gone with a smaller frame.
Got a flat but was able to fix it on my own small staple was all it was
Email says I received the bike 11 days ago. It was 4 as there were delays. The seat swivels back and forth which is dangerous. And it slides down. The box had a big gouge in it. The bike has a scratch on the paint and the back fender has a scratch in it. The tire rubs on the back fender. Likely an adjustment somehow. Also a loud noise coming from the back chain area. If I can figure out how to keep the seat from swiveling I might feel better about the bike. I took my first spin on it today. Any advice would be helpful.
I received the review days before the bike was delivered. The bike is marketed as silver when in fact it's a light gray color. Battery came without a charge, so had to wait to try out the first ride, so some of the questions aren't able to answer right now.

Well I sure wish it gave the option for different aspects of this bike! I gave 5 Stars for how well this bike is built. It handles well couldn’t be happier with it. BUT!!! Always a BUT!! Customer Service for me on an issue that came up, has been less than desirable. My issue happened on a weekend and that couldn’t be helped very understandable. So when business hours were back going I called, I emailed I sent pictures I’ve emailed more pictures. Also I explained that I knew I was in a crunch with my time because my warranty was getting very close ( like within days) and it’s been on going now since September 21st.and it’s now October 24th. I feel I’ve been very patient. Oh and the customer service tech did finally email me. And it’s definitely hard to get responses back quickly because I’m pretty sure they are coming from China because of the time of early morning hour that it has come in. So maybe this will get the right person’s attention and maybe I can get something done.
