Can I track my item?
After the order is sent, the email will automatically send the tracking number to you, and you can use this tracking number to track. If you cannot receive the email, please contact us as soon as possible and we will track the logistics information for you.
Can it be shipped anywhere in the United States?
In North America, we deliver to Continental United States. Please note we may not be able to ship to certain remote/isolated areas of these regions. If this is the case, we will contact you for alternative solutions.
What' your warranty policy?
TST offers a one-year warranty on all e-bikes, for more specific warranties, please check the warranty policy.
What's your return policy?
Customers are allowed to submit a return request within 14 days of delivery via support@tstebike.com. For more specific return and refund, pls check our return policy.
Where are your warehouses?
TST's warehouses are located in 820 Wanamaker Avenue, Ontario, California 91761. Soon, our warehouses will cover more cities across the US.

How do i get invoice for my order?
Please contact us after you receive your order through email : support@tstebike.com. We will send you the invoice.
When my order ship and by which shipping carrier?
Your order will be delivered to your provided address within 3-5 days. For the security of your vehicle purchase, a signature will be required upon delivery. We use major shipping carriers such as FedEx Ground, UPS, and DHL for our deliveries.
Do you support US local pickup?
Yes. You can get your bike through local pickup in the US (address :820 S Wanamaker Ave, Ontario CA 91761, US). If you choose local pickup, please contact support@tstebike.com first.
Can i change my delivery address?
No, we are sorry to tell you that we cannot make any changes after order placed, please double check your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed. If you discover a mistake with your purchase, please contact our customer service team immediately.
How can i cancel my order?
Your order can only be canceled before it ships. To cancel the order, please email us: support@tstebike.com. Canceling order requests may not be available during the weekend or holiday.
How can i return or replace my product?

Does My TST E-Bike Come Pre-Assembled?
Your e-bike will arrive partially assembled. There are just a few pieces to put into place once you take the bike out of the box. For unboxing and setup instructions, please follow the guides on our YouTube.

Do you offer Financing?
We do offer financing. You can have direct access to Shoppay. Be sure to select Shoppay at checkout and you will be taken to secure payment process.
Special Discount
We offer a $60 discount for military, teacher, responder, medical and student, but you will need to provide us with certification. Click HERE to get more information.
How tall can ride the bike?
For step-thru model, height range from 5 '1'' to 6' 4"; For step-over model, height range from 5 '3'' to 6' 4".
How long does it take to recharge the battery?
About 4-5 hours.
What is the top speed and range of your ebike?
The top speed of TST Ebikes are 28mph and the range is 65 miles.
What is the bike's motor and brake type?
The TST26 "bike has a 1300w motor and hydraulic disc brake. The TST27 "bike has a 1000W motor and hydraulic disc brake.
How do I deal with ebike or accessories replacement and repair?
TST provide free accessories for you to replace. For ebike repair, just contact our customer service at support@tstebike.com, we will try our best to help you out!
Can I use it during rainy days?
Yes, our ebikes are IP6 waterproof. You can ride our TST bikes in the rain or through a puddle. Do take note that we do not recommend riding during heavy rain due to safety reasons. Also, do not use high-pressured jets to clean the bike. This is to avoid damaging the electrical components.
Can my ebike seat be replaced?
Yes, the seat is not fixed, the seat can be replaced and the height adjusted.
How do I deal with accessories replacement and repair?
TST provide free accessories for you to replace, just contact our customer service at support@tstebike.com for more details.
Can I Ride My E-Bike Off-road?
Yes! The TST 26'' is designed specifically for off-roading. The fat tires and 1300w motor will ensure that you are in control when taking to the trails.
How to maintain an e-bike for optimal performance?
1. Regularly applying lubricant.
2. Checking all bolts and screws on electric bike for tightness.
3. Clean the e bike often.
4. Checking and maintaining the proper tire.
5. Regularly checking and replacing brake.
How to maximize battery life?
1.Use original battery charger, use of other models or brands may bring about safety issues;
2.Don’t run out of the battery for your each ride. Normally when the battery power comes to 20%, try to fully charge the battery to prolong its life span.
3.Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Charge or discharge the battery to approximately 50% of capacity before storage. Charge the battery at least once per two months. Store the battery separately from the product in a dry and ventilated environment.
