We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

The SUV of cargo bikes. Packed well. Plan on spending time building it. Nice that came with the carrier accessories at no extra charge. Had to take out 2 chain links on the chain as it was too long in gear 7 where the chain slack was rubbing against the kickstand. Has a lot of torque! Would like to have a smoother power increase perhaps with either 12 magnet cadence or better yet torque sensor. Would like to see more info on the display and features on the app like a lock function

The cargo e-bike is awesome. Rides well, clean, and sleek looking. Only gripe were the directions were painful to follow. It was somewhat intuitive to put together but pictures in the manual didn’t quite match. Ended up finding a YouTube video to walk me through. Took me an hour or so to complete. The app is seemingly useless for the most part. Feels like there could be more functionality to the app itself. Bike is pretty heavy but a breeze pedaling around. Been using frequently with 2 small kids on the cargo seat and they love it.
This product is easy to put together. It only took me about three hours. The only issue was the directions did not indicate how to put the handlebars on. It was easy enough to figure out on my own.
