You can opt for local pickup in the United States (address: 820 S Wanamaker Ave, Ontario CA 91761, US). Just select the local pickup option when making the payment. After the purchase, our staff will contact you with the necessary documents for you to pick up your order locally.
We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.
Your order will be delivered to the address you provided within 1-3 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping carrier’s schedule and your location. What are the advantages of fat tires in all terrain conditions?
20"X4" fat tires offer upgrade grip and skid resistance ability. The unique tread pattern is designed and tested for riding in extremely rough terrains. The width of the tire can decline bumps in order to reduce fatigue and guarantee your safety.

Great bike. Family is loving it
Very comfortable and rides smooth
I have only had the bike a week and am really enjoying it.
I am about 6ft and I am able to legit get 30 miles on a charge.
Updating my settings on the bike I am able to get up to 31 mph down hill which I was not expecting.
I can easily hit 27-28 on this bike.
The battery is a little confusing, I will show yellow bar on the battery but the bike power meter shows dead. This may be a safety feature to prevent a complete battery drain.
I added side mirrors and a horn, this bike should come with a horn at least.
I wish the derailer guard was attached in factory as I am unable to get it on myself.
Over all I am happy with the quality of the bike for the amount I spent.
I do wish the throttle was less "all or nothing" and it was the handle and not a little switch, but overall great bike.
The cost is competitive to other e-bikes of its caliber on the market. I got a great opening price under 1k. It’s been a great experience with the R002 so far. Very well made. Lots of power and super cool looking. It’s my first E-bike so I’m learning how to manage the battery power as I ride 56 miles round trip a few days per week to my studio. It says it can go up to 65 miles, but it cannot without charging it again. Closer to 40 miles on a single charge, unless there’s a tip I am not aware of yet. One of the better bikes I have seen on the market so far and I get lots of compliments on it.
Have had bike for a week, put 60 miles on it. Everything handles great, good power. My first e bike so I have no comparison, but I'm happy so far with my purchase. Company was great at getting me the bike quickly, showed up all fine.

I purchased a TST Ebike for my son, and unfortunately, within just a week, the bike lost all power and wouldn’t turn on. I immediately contacted the service department and received a prompt response with troubleshooting instructions. Unfortunately, none of the suggested solutions worked.
Then, for 2–3 days, I lost all communication with the company, and I started to worry that my case had been forgotten. Thankfully, I received an email from Maggie in the Sales Department. She explained that they had received my emails, but the service team was unavailable due to a holiday. She assured me not to worry—she would personally step in to help.
And she did.
Maggie dove right in, walking me through additional troubleshooting steps. Though we didn’t have immediate success, she reassured me that because the bike was still under warranty, it would be repaired or replaced. After a few more attempts and some investigation on their end, the company shipped out a replacement part along with clear instructions on how to install it.
Once the new part was installed, the bike powered on and ran perfectly—just like new!
I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and now have full confidence in my purchase and the support team behind it. Special thanks to Maggie, who went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of. She is truly an outstanding representative of her company.
Accelerates after removing thumb from throttle lever. This is a safety issue and I have not gotten a response on how to proceed.
