3. Can I return my order for personal reasons?

Yes. If you change your mind, you may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Within 14 days of delivery: Brand-new and unused bikes are eligible for a full refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Within 15–30 days of delivery: Brand-new and unused bikes are eligible for a refund. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, plus a 20% restocking fee.
  • Used bikes: Bikes that have been ridden are generally not eligible for return for personal reasons.

    2. Ride Only in Safe and Appropriate Areas

    This electric dirt bike is designed primarily for off-road use. Ride only in areas where its use is permitted and avoid highways, public roads where prohibited, steep slopes beyond your skill level, and unfamiliar or hazardous terrain. Beginners should practice in a safe, open area before attempting more challenging trails.

    3. Ride Responsibly

    Always keep both hands on the handlebars and ride at a speed appropriate for the terrain. Never operate the bike under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that may impair your judgment. Always be aware of your surroundings and respect other riders and pedestrians.
