We provide a 2-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

I received the two R002’s and put them together in about 15 minutes each. I had to contact customer service about a small problem and they were very helpful. They solved my concern immediately. We are in our 60’s and really enjoy riding theses bikes. They are well built smooth riding and fast. Thank you to customer service for fast response and solving issues.

Really fantastic, my only critique is that it only has direct power to the back wheel and because it has a lot of torque it's very easy to pop a wheelie or let the bike get out of control whereas if it had power to the front and back tires it would be more stable and more balanced. Fantastic bike for a great price and would definitely purchase again

These bikes were sold to us illegally, they do not have mandated certified batteries which can cause a fine and even impound. I have requested a refund from TST, but have not received confirmation.

I bought 6 of these and after the first one it was fairly easy to put together. Definitely some tricks to assemble quicker like turning the front tire for better angle installing the headlight and putting the seat on but then flipping the bike upside down to **** on bolts easier. Bikes work great and no issues. Unlocked one of them to go faster and that was easy to do. Cool looking Ebike. Glad I bought them.

This e bike is awesome and the price is great. Easy to assemble and ride the only thing when you put it together straight out. The box it's set at 20 miles an hour. Go into the app and you can set it to 32 miles an hour.
