Just for some context, I am a 220 5'9" male. I use this bike mainly for commuting to work and college. With pedal assist 3 I get about 45-50 miles a battery, not the 65 advertised but you know that those numbers are with the ideal conditions and what not. The suspension is pretty good, nothing too crazy but definitely smooth. The seat feels good and rides good, the lights are bright, and the pedaling is good. I must say though that the instructions are not all too clear in regards to the wiring, I initially thought the front headlight wasn't working and reached out customer support, the issue was that it wasn't connected correctly. Besides that small hiccup the bike is overall pretty nice and smooth, I get asked often where I bought and much was it.

Perfectly time we received 2 pack of 2 biking so I enjoyed the ride with TST 9 that is I am a grandfather 😉

The TST R9 is versatile ebike, very great quality, fun to ride, speed is definitely great when you also unlocked it theu their application, the battery is great.it can handled a paseenger great without difficulty Hopefully in the near future we can have a plug and play add on second battery our TST R9 and hopefully launch more accessories to the TST R9 .overall a must have ebike in your collection

This e-bike is excellent. Highly recommend to ride this. If you are looking for long range, go for dual. Short range go for single.

As my first e-bike, I’m blown away. The acceleration is surprisingly strong, and it’s so fun to just cruise around the neighborhood without getting tired.

So far because of the weather in New York, I’ve only ridden the bike twice, but with great results.

Smooth, comfortable and rides very comfortably. I so far I’ve gotten it to 30 miles an hour, but I’m sure we’ll reach the 32.

Assembly as a solid half hour but pretty straightforward, but I would recommend having two people just to hold things up.

For the money, you absolutely can’t beat this bike. My area is very heavy and it has no problem on the hills..

I think the bike is built strong. I am 5 foot 5 inches and weigh 147lbs. After unlocking it I get 28mph. I ride it 8.2 miles to work and 8.2 miles home and still have 2 bars left on the battery. That is riding it full throttle on #5 PA… without any peddling of my own. It is dark in the morning when I’m going to work, but the bike has good lights on it. Building the the bike was a little difficult, because it’s hard to get to some of the places you need to put bolts, but not complicated. It is comfortable to ride, and pretty fun too! The only things I regret are I found out I could have saved $100 with a promo code after I already purchased the bike. Then when I read the details it said dual battery, but after purchasing the bike i realized there was an option for single or dual battery, so not knowing I purchased the single battery.

I’m really happy with my R9. It rides smooth and feels super stable, even on bumpy roads. I can go way farther than I could on my old e-bike.
Before buying, I spent about an hour chatting with customer service, and they were super patient and helpful.

The dual battery setup on the R9 is awesome. I can ride a lot farther without worrying about the battery dying, which makes longer rides way more fun. The full suspension also makes a big difference. It handles bumps really well and feels super stable even on rough roads.
The headlight is really bright too, which is great when riding at night. I also reached out to customer service once with a question about the batteries and they got back to me quickly and were really helpful.
Overall it’s been a great bike for cruising around and exploring new places.
