Improvements: make it clearer on what chargers work with this battery, i have now 2 TST bikes both batteries are same power but im unclear if chargers are all compatable.
i wanted a second battery to go further, and the price was cheep compared to some other makers, my batteries last longer than i expected i can on average get 40-55 miles on a charge, and so far trouble free

Improvements: Communication. At purchase, information sait package would arrive in 3-5 business days. It took a little longer, but no updates on shipping information until day of delivery
