This bike is blazing saddles all the way! I bought this bike for my hubby, per Father's Day! If you need to get some where fast your in for a real treat, and its fun! The bike is amazingly quiet, even when you take it on rough trips, even uphill climbs, and trails. Its very durable, and pretty versatile with the speeds, throttle, and assist. For the price its an amazing bike! We luv this bike! Thinking of grabbing another one!

Improvements: The tires at recommended pressure don’t seem to grip the road as we expected. Maybe the rubber is too hard? We’ve had a couple of slips.
We’re still learning about our TST Ebike, and so far we love it. We use it mainly as transportation to work so we haven’t tested the mile range, but at the settings we primarily use it appears to get about 28 miles per full charge. Admittedly, we don’t use the pedal assist as much as we should.

Improvements: Maybe just attach the guard derail already for safety since it’s already on the bolt that’s connected to the tires.
I am giving 4 stars for providing excellent service. Went back for the guard derail part and they gladly offered and assisted. I am hoping that it will be easy next time when I needed their product protection and support again. My son loves his ebike .

This bike is great it has speed, on top of the perfect it you have kids. And it’s last a lot longer then expected
