Improvements: make the manual more clear, there are contradictions about how to charge batteries and weather or not to have both batteries on at same time, also confusing about best way to charge batteries,different info on website and videos and manual

I'd say spend the extra money as I had a situation where I had some damage on my products and the damage protection covered it and reimbursed me a reasonable amount in a timely fashion instead of having to send the product back I highly recommend

Improvements: Be more transparent online that it ships as a class 2 and can be set to 20mph max. We only saw online 32mph but I called and spoke to someone that said it ships as a class 2 and can be unlocked to a class 3. We got for our 12 yr old and kept it at class 2.
Love this bike for my 12 year old. It was perfect because it ships as a class 2 which is 20mph max. We only saw online 32mph but I called and spoke to someone that said it ships as a class 2 and can be unlocked to a class 3. We wanted this bike’s better battery and mileage but not the class 3 speed so this was perfect out of the box.
We did try to connect to the app via Bluetooth and it didn’t work, but we didn’t really need it so no big deal for us.
