We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

Not sure if there's an e-bike with that budget-friendly price tag, but for what you're getting, it's great. It offers high value for money, coming in at just $989. You could have your first electric bike in life with that!

When I saw the add online and social I thought it was just another ebike company , took a chance with them and they where very professional, they called constantly to advise status of the bikes, when it was shipped and change my order when I needed some modifications. The bikes where easy to assemble, power of the bikes are great and torque is very powerful. Bikes come with a glossy finish and very sleek bike.. performance was solid and easy to adjust if you have shorter or taller people.. overall great company , great bikes.
