You can opt for local pickup in the United States (address: 820 S Wanamaker Ave, Ontario CA 91761, US). Just select the local pickup option when making the payment. After the purchase, our staff will contact you with the necessary documents for you to pick up your order locally.
We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

What does step-thru mean? What is a step-thru bike?
Step-thru ebikes suitable for shorter people. It offers riders the most upright riding position and will also be the easiest for riders to mount and dismount by simply stepping through the curved frame.
What is the difference between a torque sensor and cadence sensor?

I bought it for my wife. I took it out for a spin and it’s real smooth and seems very well-built.
I just recieved them and assembled the TST however the screws to the kickstand are to small for the holes in the frame, they are to short and not thick enough to **** into the frame. Please respond as to how to rectify. thank u
Took our new bike on its first ride. Its assembly was easy, having experience working on my own bikes before. My wife is not as strong as she was, she was able to ride the bike easily. Only complaint is the slowest it will go is 10 mph. It made it hard for me to keep up on my traditional bike.
I just put my surfer together and it was relatively easy. The pedal assist is quite amazing how it reads your peddle speed. So far it’s really cool.
Well constructed, easy controller and fun to ride.
The bike is sturdy, nice red color. Love the hydraulic brakes, however the thumb throttle is on the let side of handle bars we prefer the twist throttle style. And should be on the right side!
I bought this bike for my wife so she can keep up on rides. Now I’m trying to keep up with her. Great bike. Lots of power and the tech seems to work well . All in all a great purchase so far.
