Ordered on 9/07, one bike arrived 9/14 but no info on second bike. I emailed, chatted with no response for several days, and then called on 9/18 only to find out that the second bike had shipped from CA and just took longer, arriving 9/19. Assembly was fairly straight forward except that step 1, attaching the kickstand took a lot of fiddling to align the attaching screws. Eventually all was assembled, the battery charged and off I went on the bike. The pedal assist mode is quite digital, either off or on. When you pedal it zooms forward, even in power mode 1. I tended to use zero power (mode 0) and just crank like a regular bike and when I came to a hill I went up to power mode 1 and used the throttle for easy modulation of the power. Quite frankly, in regular bike mode (power at 0) the bike performs very well, much better than my comfort bk.
Purchased the 2 bike combo and received them within 2 days. Easy to set up. Great comfortable ride. Love these bikes and highly recommend
The fend was broken on the bigger bike.

If you want to try and see if you like the idea of having an EB, look no further. I was reluctant at first but at this price the value far exceeds the price! Rides well and easy to operate, very ergonomic.
We are in our 60's. We love to bike the easy trails in our area but our bodies are starting to feel the pinch of age. Having an electric assist is just awesome. The bikes were easy to assemble and the instructions to assemble and ride are just plain obvious. I foresee years of adventurous fun together on these bikes.
The bikes look nice. Rode one mile and got a flat tire. Bike speed was 17-18mph at most. Can’t really give a good or bad review. Waiting on replacement parts which were damaged during shipping
