I couldn’t be happier with my e-bike! From the moment it arrived, I was impressed with the quality and attention to detail. The assembly process was simple and straightforward, with clear instructions that made it easy to get on the road quickly.

The ride itself is smooth and comfortable, with powerful assistance that makes every journey effortless. What really stands out, though, is the amazing customer service and the supportive community. Great bike. Family is loving it

The bike is solid. Purchased front bike rack very useful. Smoothness of PAS is great Bike requires adjustments after 100 miles retighten everything check it! Expected on all bikes. Very Satisfied

Easy to put together. I’ve only rode it a little because of too much snow but so far I love it. I may put a different set of suspension forks on the bike because these seem a little weak but that may just be me. Overall very pleased with the bike so far. Can’t wait to ride it more

I bought it for my wife. I took it out for a spin and it’s real smooth and seems very well-built.

First off, I will say that the company put a lot of quality craftsmanship into this model. The hydraulic brakes, seat and suspension are all very solid. I also love that purchasing a spare battery is super affordable from the website. Once you unlock your P3 setting, accelerating to 25-28 mph is a breeze. Just be aware that your motor will not engage if there's any issue with your brake sensors. Now for areas that could be improved, the company should really provide more information on the TST controller for people who wish to modify anything on their ebike. It would also be nice if there could be an option to add a second battery to the frame in future versions of the R002. I personally added a second battery to my frame (under the seat), however it's not easily removable. I was also surprised that this model didn't include any kind of horn, even a standard bike bell would have been nice. Hopefully we can even get a stronger headlight in future versions (however it is very aesthetic nonetheless).

Great bikes very powerful and fun to drive the only drawback is the front fork it is not good at all everything else is excellent great value for the money

I bought this bike for my wife so she can keep up on rides. Now I’m trying to keep up with her. Great bike. Lots of power and the tech seems to work well . All in all a great purchase so far.

My husband and I have the Defender and we absolutely love them. These bikes do everything we want them to and more. This is our 1st E-Bike purchase and we are so happy with them. We love exploring the Montana mountain trails with our bikes.

If you want to try and see if you like the idea of having an EB, look no further. I was reluctant at first but at this price the value far exceeds the price! Rides well and easy to operate, very ergonomic.

Purchased two of the Buddy pro 20 inch E bikes for turkey hunting and off-road riding. Tested it this weekend offloading and very hilly terrain performed wonderfully. No complaints. The only thing I would change if I could would be making the pedal assist first gear to where it was a little slower for when you’re riding in the woods, but love and will definitely be purchasing more in the future and I will definitely be trying to help you, promote the bikes

Got my defender (black) love the paint job. Had an issue with rear wheel had to jump through hoops and two months later got it fixed and I love it. the woman I talked with on several occasions was very nice. Would recommend.

I bought my wife a dreamer 26 and I am very happy with the bike. I have a much more expensive namebrand bike and the dreamer has a motor that is almost twice as powerful. Interested to see how it holds up to the test of time. My initial reaction to this bike is that it is well worth the money. I recommended this bike to some family members and they recently purchased the combo pack of dreamer 26 inch bikes and are waiting for them to arrive.

This is an amazing unit. Ordered 4days before Christmas and received it Christmas Eve. Perfect shipping container ( the box) easy assembly ( install front wheel) everything else folded in place. Haven’t ridden it much cause of knee replacement recovery , but all seems to BR working as planned. Highly recommend this unit
