You can opt for local pickup in the United States (address: 820 S Wanamaker Ave, Ontario CA 91761, US). Just select the local pickup option when making the payment. After the purchase, our staff will contact you with the necessary documents for you to pick up your order locally.
We provide a 1-year warranty service. For non-human-caused vehicle issues, there are two solutions. The first is to contact TST staff to have replacement parts shipped to you. The second is to have the vehicle repaired at a local repair shop and provide proof of payment, after which TST will reimburse the cost.

Not sure if there's an e-bike with that budget-friendly price tag, but for what you're getting, it's great. It offers high value for money, coming in at just $989. You could have your first electric bike in life with that!

These e-bike are great. Easy to assemble. May need minor adjustments from bike shop. However, good power, going up hills and dirt terrain has been excellent. I would highly recommend purchasing these bikes. Excellent price in comparison to other.
When I saw the add online and social I thought it was just another ebike company , took a chance with them and they where very professional, they called constantly to advise status of the bikes, when it was shipped and change my order when I needed some modifications. The bikes where easy to assemble, power of the bikes are great and torque is very powerful. Bikes come with a glossy finish and very sleek bike.. performance was solid and easy to adjust if you have shorter or taller people.. overall great company , great bikes. I'm looking forward to check out the New Buddy Pro.. thank you TST ebike , family loved the bikes
